Dallas, Texas, July 2010 - Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions, a leading global provider of pavement marking materials and traffic safety products has announced it has reached agreement with Flint Trading Company of Greensboro, North Carolina to sell its preform thermoplastic product line in the United States and Canada including the Flametape, Thermaline and Detect-a-Mark brand names. Flint Trading will take ownership and begin selling these brands immediately.
John Midea, Chief Operating Officer of Ennis Traffic, said: “We have mixed feelings of selling our perform product line as it has been part of us for so long but we are happy that a high quality company like Flint Trading will be taking ownership. This divestiture will help us focus our human and financial resources for growth in our core road marking products.”

Recovery Putting People to Work on Investments with Long-Term Benefit
WASHINGTON - The Federal Highway Administration crossed the $20 billion mark in approved obligations for highway, road and bridge projects this week, U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood announced today. Of the $26.6 billion available for federal highway and bridge projects under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, more than 75 percent has now been obligated.
