Driver/Fleet Manager, Ennis, Texas
Position Purpose:
• Assist in the development of the growing company fleet for 10 North American plants
• Make recommendations on where to increase/decrease fleet in order to maximize profit
• Ensure that all drivers and files meet DOT requirements Functions and Responsibilities.
Driver supervision – motivation, training, retention • Permitting of all equipment • DOT hours of service/driver payroll • Fleet optimization • Maintenance schedules and budgeting • Manage productivity of drivers • Manage deadhead and out of route miles • Balance cost, customer expectation, and driver needs • Leading and implementing processes required to recruit drivers • Act as liaison between driver, transportation department, and home plant
Qualifications: 5+ years as a driver manager experienced in handling truckload shipments (preferably flatbed), both short and long haul, or combination of college degree and experience • Extensive knowledge of transportation industry • Current knowledge of DOT regulations, including HAZMAT • Knowledge of geographic regions and the varying market costs of transportation • Experience handling driver related issues • Ability to function in a high stress environment and have decisive problem solving skills

Product Line Manager, Performance Products, Dallas, Texas
SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager – Performance Products has overall responsibility for coordinating and directing the marketing related processes for ETSS’s HPS plural components and surface treatments product lines.
The manager will have the financial accountability for gross margin and pricing, the design, development, and sales of specifications to pull through sales, and the development and introduction of new products and programs.
Responsibilities: Manage the day to day operations of the Traffic Paint and Thermoplastic product lines:
• Meet or exceed annual gross margin targets
• Take on the role as lead coordinator between Technology and Sales for product selection of performance products, balancing product cost and specifications.
• Write and design specifications on core products to optimize Ennis’ competitive advantage or to decrease a competitive disadvantage.
• Assist in setting regional price levels based on value and the competitive environment.
• Serve as the primary Road Marking interface for Ennis at conferences and associations
• Expand sales of existing higher performing products
• Drive the development and introduction of new higher margin performance based products
• Assist in the expansion of performance products into other geographies Assist fellow marketing and sales associates in the pursuit of company goals.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA in a technical or business major. MBA a plus. 5 or more years marketing experience in an industrial or business to business based company. Proven leadership ability including training and motivating. Effective interpersonal skills and problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to communicate expectations and hold people accountable. Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Must have the flexibility to work day, night and weekends, and travel 25% up to 50% of the time. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Consideration Given To Those With: Prior work experience in sales/marketing with a paint, thermoplastic, marker, bead manufacturing, or an ATSSA based company.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Office in the Dallas headquarters, customer visits, roadside product installations. Human Relations: Being able to deal with any level, vertically or horizontally within ETSS, with customers and suppliers is a must.

Contract Administrator, Ennis, Texas
SUMMARY: The position helps in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions. • Maintain and retrieve contract documents as needed. • Check submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and company policy. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customer or bidder, such as Municipalities or States • Monitor performance under the contract terms to determine if an amendment or termination of the contract needs to occur. • Review bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids. • Provide bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required. • Request or approve amendments to or extensions of contracts. • Advise planning and production departments of contractual rights and obligations. • Compile data for preparing estimates.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: High School diploma; College degree preferred 0 – 2 years of related experience.

Ordering Clerk, Dallas, Texas
SUMMARY:
Establishing, ordering,and maintaining an adequate supply of raw materials and packaging as defined by our demand planning projections. Maintaining minimal inventory as defined by our demand planning projections. Buying product, not the deal. Proficient at Excel 2010 (preference will be given to individual who have completed Exam 77-882 - www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/Exam.aspx?ID=77-882 or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Detail oriented, excellent interpersonal skills. Other responsibilities as required and assigned by management.
Technical Service Representative, Southwest U.S., Arizona/Nevada
SUMMARY:
Provide technical support relating to Ennis Paint’s products, services, and processes on behalf of our customers (contractors; state, county, and municipal governmental agencies); the sales and marketing department; and our manufacturing department.
Responsibilities: • Investigate customer complaints by acting as liaison between sales, manufacturing, and customers’ field agents; and, collecting field data on customer complaints for laboratory evaluation; perform laboratory evaluations if necessary • Provide field support for customers working with new performance based striping systems, or who might be having application problems with existing materials. • Assist in the collection of performance data for Ennis pavement marking products in the field for use in product qualification, sales and marketing support, and to provide an overall understanding of the performance capabilities of our products. • Work with RSM, customers and governmental agencies for the installation, testing, and/or reporting on the performance of materials placed on various state, federal, and international test decks • Provide support at various association meetings that may include providing reports, presentations, or recording observations • Report on all activities and organize collected field data into a usable format • Track project expenses and complete company related expense reports; maintain auto service and upkeep on company vehicles, striping equipment, and other related application.
Requirements;Education Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Engineering (preferably chemical or mechanical) preferred. Experience: 10+ years of field work in the pavement markings industry or pavement marking manufacturing or product development (R&D).
