Ennis manufactures a full line of Plural Component traffic marking materials. These highly durable products are formulated to create an unbreakable bond between themselves and the substrate. In addition to long term material presence, all of Ennis' plural components offer excellent retroreflectivity when the proper glass bead and coatings are used.

HPS®2
Ennis' HPS®2 is the benchmark for slow cure epoxy pavement marking materials. HPS®2 provides durable long line delineation with outstanding adhesion to concrete and asphalt. HPS®2 is a 100% solids two-part system that is applied as a 2 to 1 mixture by volume. An application thickness of 20 mils provides two to three times the longevity when compared to paint applied at a similar thickness.
HPS®3
Ennis’ HPS®3 sets the standard for fast cure epoxy pavement marking materials. HPS-3 provides durable long line and intersection delineation with outstanding adhesion to concrete and asphalt. HPS-3 is a 100% solids two-part system that is applied as a 2 to 1 mixture by volume. An application thickness of 20 mils provides two to three times the longevity when compared to paint applied at similar thickness. For improved epoxy marking production, HPS-3 makes an ideal choice.
HPS®4
Ennis’ HPS®4 Modified Urethane is formulated to help increase roadway safety through durability, retro-reflectivity, and rapid cure speeds. HPS-4 is able to be applied using current generation epoxy application equipment, eliminating the need for equipment dedicated to one striping material. With superior weathering and abrasion resistance, HPS-4 has a wide application temperature range that extends the striping season in many states. HPS-4 is highly retroreflective and flexible enough to withstand the freeze/thaw cycles occurring in roadway substrates. HPS-4 is a 100% solids two-part system that is applied as a 2 to 1 mixture by volume.
HPS®5
Ennis HPS®5 is a polyurea plural component, durable pavement marking material designed for long term delineation on virtually any roadway surface. HPS®5 is a 100% solids system that is not environmentally hazardous. With incredibly rapid cure speeds at almost any temperature, HPS-5 improves roadway safety and minimizes traffic congestion through the elimination of dangerous lane closures and temporary work zones. Constant durability and superior reflectivity can help eliminate maintenance restriping for up to 5 years.
HPS®6
Ennis’ HPS®6 is based on proven methyl methacrylate (MMA) technology. MMA is the most durable pavement marking material available anywhere today. HPS-6 MMA can be screed applied, profiled, extruded, and sprayed at various film thicknesses ranging from 10 to 500 mils. HPS6 can be surface applied onto asphalt or concrete roadways or inlaid for longer service life and is engineered for durable long line as well as transverse markings even in extreme conditions. HPS6 MMA is resistant to snow plow damage and when matched with the proper glass bead, HPS-6 provides long life retroreflectivity.
HPS®7
Ennis’ HPS®7 Structured is a methyl methacrylate traffic marking system designed for application via a splatter pattern technique. When applied over a new or bare pavement surface, the STRUCTURED line creates a solid line effect when viewed by the driver. Additionally, the STRUCTURED design produces enhanced wet night retro-reflectivity by allowing water to flow off its peaks and valleys. HPS-7 STRUCTURED provides exceptional snow plow resistance and can be surface applied or inlaid for longer service life.
