For over a century, Ennis Paint and its acquired legacies have set the standard for quality pavement markings, earning a reputation for strong ethics and integrity.
The Entrepreneurial spirit continued at the heart of the company as Ennis acquired several manufacturing plants across North America from a variety of different manufacturers. Respected names such as Avery Dennison, Stimsonite, CenterLine, Cataphote, Laurentide, Ibis and La Farge contributed to the ongoing success of the company as product lines expanded the offerings available to customers. In 2006, Ennis expanded the successful model globally with the purchase of the Prismo Group in the UK and GT Industries of Australia in 2009. In the coming years, Ennis will continue to establish its footprint throughout the world. Ennis is owned and operated by Bryce Anderson, Chairman and CEO, and John Anderson, Global Director, and joined in 2007 by the Brazos Private Equity Partners, LLC.
As product lines continued to broaden, it was necessary to update the name to better reflect Ennis as a global leader. Known and referenced as “Ennis” for many years, in 2010 Ennis Paint Inc., its subsidiaries and partners abroad changed their name to Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions, to better reflect is mission to offer cost effective, engineered solutions to the industry.
Ennis continually strives to be a proven, respected world leader in the traffic safety industry, a trusted supplier to its customers, a progressive leader to government agencies, and a strong strategic partner to its vendors. The Ennis team is made up of several of the greatest technical and commercial talents within the traffic safety industry who foster and drive the commitment to the development of new and improved technologies and innovative commercial offerings. This dedication has yielded the most comprehensive, solution based product line in the industry for all marking applications. A consolidation of the most respected pavement marking legacies and the people who made them great have made it possible for pavement markings to be considered a primary measure in ensuring the safety of the driving public.

As infrastructure and safety become a priority in emerging markets, Ennis is committed to developing alliances in all regions of the world with a common vision for high performance markings. Ennis Paint is proud of its heritage and the contributions its team has made to the evolution of the pavement marking industry over the past century.
