
Dallas, Texas, July 2010 - Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions, a leading global provider of pavement marking materials and traffic safety products has announced it has reached agreement with Flint Trading Company
of Greensboro, North Carolina to sell its preform thermoplastic product line in the United States and Canada including the Flametape, Thermaline and Detect-a-Mark brand names. Flint Trading will take ownership and begin selling these brands immediately.

This divestiture will help us focus our human and financial resources for growth in our core road marking products.”
